Now we only produce high quality digitizing for the international market from our facility in San José, Costa Rica. We adhere to the following policies...

• No 1mm stitch lengths unless absolutely necessary.
• No 2mm or 3mm fill stitches.
• No fill when a satin cover stitch should be used.
• No unnecessary underlays.
• No trims unless necessary.

All of the above cost you unnecessary expense in digitizing costs, production and labor costs, and lastly damaged garment costs. We digitize designs as if we were going to run them ourselves, because that's what we used to do. Every design is proofed on a singlehead with 1 piece of pellon backing and we assure you that they will register and run just as well on a 6, 12, or 18 head machine.
